Greg and Tina’s Travels Across America

Started off the day at Camping World in Savannah then headed to spend the day in downtown Savannah. Took a trolley tour of the city which was fascinating. Then headed to the famous The Pirates’ House for dinner. Tomorrow headed for Jekyll Island for 2 days. All is good.

After many delays, Tina and I finally left Clemson at 10 am today for our first leg to the Florida Keys. Our first stop for several days is Savannah, GA at the Savannah RV Resort. We took back roads all the way and it was a beautiful drive through rural GA. Tomorrow we’ll spend part of the day in downtown Savannah and hear live music tomorrow night. Wednesday morning we’ll head to Jekyll Island where will spend a few days. So far all well with the RV and “baby Jeep” (our Jeep Cherokee) that we’re pulling behind us.
